The estimated number of poor or needy families in these areas is around 2000. The majority of the population consists of laborers and farmers who earn less than 50,000 rupiahs (approximately $5) per day. There are also orphaned children in both districts, and they are prioritized in the distribution of Qurban meat, with institutions such as Panti Budi Mulya and Panti Samsul Huda being involved. The majority of the population in these areas are Javanese Muslims.
